Manaslu (8,152) is the world eight highest mountains. The Manaslu region is famous for the fascinating flora and fauna, cultural diversity and scenic beauty which has made it one the favorite destination for the trekkers around the world. The standard circuit begins from the Arughat and ends at Bulbule. To do trekking in Manaslu conservation area requires a special permit which should be obtained from Department of Immigration. Normally, it takes 18-20 days to do Manaslu trek including main hiking activities. The maximum elevation of this region is 5160m. The best season to visit this region is from March to May in Spring and September to December during the winter.

Furthermore, there is no effects of modernization and commercialization in this region. Therefore, you will find pure and peaceful environment. Tea houses are found on the trail for the night stay. The other option is to do camping trek. The facilities like internet , charging of phone and other electric items are possible at the tea houses along the trail. This region shares much of its history and culture with its neighboring territory, Tibet. The major religion of this region is Buddhism. Therefore, one can observe Buddhist monasteries, architecture and tradition all the way.
